Sandeep and Somasekhar were software engineers living the corporate dream in Kerala. Steady paychecks. Comfortable lives. But every time they looked at the ice cream market back home in Andhra Pradesh, they saw the same thing - artificial powders, synthetic colors, chemical stabilizers - dressed up in colorful packaging and sold as "dessert."

That bothered them. A lot.
