2. Products
NATURIX manufactures and sells all-natural popsicles and mini pops made with real fruit and fresh milk. Product availability, flavors, and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made through the channels we provide.
4. Franchise & Partnerships
Franchise enquiries are subject to a separate agreement. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee a franchise being granted.
5. Intellectual Property
The NATURIX name, logo, packaging, recipes, and all website content are the property of NATURIX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NATURIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
